Having met and spoken with many therapists who find the prospect of writing daunting, Revive now offers affordable copywriting packages designed to improve your client communications.
You can choose to purchase any or all of the packages at the same time, or split them over whichever timeframe you choose.
Newsletter Review - $160
If you already create newsletters, we can review several of your previous editions and provide professional, objective feedback about how you can improve future editions. We'll email a summary of our findings and recommendations, and then have a brief phone call with you to discuss them.
Newsletter Creation - $320 per newsletter*
Newsletters can be one of the most cost-effective ways of communicating with your clients. We can create an editorial calendar for you, and then write the copy for your monthly or quarterly newsletters. For each newsletter, we:
- Agree on the date the newsletter will be sent out
- Call you to discuss story ideas
- Agree on key stories
- Draft copy for the newsletter
- Deliver the copy to you electronically for your review
- Make any changes based on your feedback and send you the final version

Biography Creation - $160 per biography
It can be difficult to write about yourself and tell your unique story in an object way. People often feel very uncomfortable in writing about themselves. Having a professional well-written biography can help to present yourself as a therapist in the best possible way. This package includes a one-page biography, suitable for your website, brochures or other marketing material. For this package, we:
- Ask you to complete a questionnaire about yourself
- Call you to discuss the questionnaire
- Draft copy for your biography
- Deliver the copy to you electronically for your review
- Make any changes based on your feedback and send you the final version
Brochure Creation - $240 per 1-page brochure*
Need a brochure or flyer? We can write compelling content which helps to get your message across. For each brochure, we:
- Ask you to complete a questionnaire about the objectives of your brochure
- Call you to discuss the objectives
- Agree on direction for the brochure
- Draft copy for the brochure
- Deliver the copy to you electronically for your review
- Make any changes based on your feedback and send you the final version
Please note that this package only includes us writing the copy for the brochure. It does not include design and layout or printing. We can arrange this for you at additional cost.

Website Copywriting Package: From $400*
Your website is the mainstay of your online presence, and needs to present you and your business in the best possible way. Having a professional writer create the written content (in a way that still sounds like you have written it), can really improve the impact of your website. The copywriting process for any project includes:
- Us sending you a questionnaire about your business in advance of the first phone call.
- A phone-based meeting (or face-to-face meeting at Revive's office if you would prefer), to gather information about you and your business.
- A final quote for the copywriting project, subject to your approval before we commence.
- A first draft of the copy, delivered to you for review electronically in Word format.
- A final, updated version of the copy, reflecting any changes from your review.
* Because of the nature of copywriting, we will confirm the price of each copywriting project based on the nature and complexity of your requirements. As an indication, copywriting for up to 4 web pages is likely to cost around $400. Copywriting for 4-8 pages - around $750, and for 8-12 pages - around $1,150. For larger sites, please contact us.
** If you have purchased one of Revive's websites, we will also upload the final copy into your website and test that all links work. If your website uses an alternative content management system, we will provide the final copy in electronic format for you to upload.
